Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Open the HUBCO Green app
2. Go to Profile screen
3. Tap “Settings”
4. Tap “Delete Account”
5. Confirm deletion when prompted

Deletion Timeline

Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours

Data Retention

Some information may be retained after account deletion for legal or regulatory purposes, including:

• [ e.g., Transaction / billing records ] — retained to comply with financial and tax regulations

All other personal data (profile, saved preferences, contact details) is permanently removed.

All user data is encrypted in transit

This app uses the following third-party services for the purposes listed:

• Firebase Analytics — usage analytics
• Firebase Authentication — Google and Apple Sign-in login processing
